We start with a paid 90-day set-up on one engagement, including standard Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot connections where you use them. Ongoing software is priced per engagement, with the billing period and support agreed in your written quote. We don't publish a rate card. First 90 days
Choose the engagement
Together we choose one engagement, agree what the consultants will capture, and set the measures we will assess after 90 days. Your consultancy nominates an engagement lead and the consultants taking part.
Set up together
We configure attribution, onboard the consultants, and include standard Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot set-up. Together we agree the eligible Teams meetings, who can access the engagement and which AI connections are allowed. Your consultancy arranges the Microsoft licences, administrator consent and internal policy sign-off. We prepare a staff policy for HR and legal review.
Review the results
At day 90, we review the agreed measures with you. You get a pack of what the consultants shared, with source excerpts, for scope, handover or dispute discussions. You decide whether to continue and which engagements to include in the ongoing agreement.

- Screen capture with on-device text extraction

Capture, attribution, search, daily drafts and sharing work on Windows and macOS. Optional local meeting transcription and personal AI client connections are Mac features. Sharing sends only what the consultant chooses, with its source excerpts, to the organisation repository. Selected Teams transcripts go into the consultant's private history. Cloud AI connections send returned excerpts to their provider. Copilot conversations are held in your organisation's Microsoft 365. Exports, diagnostics and URL enrichment have separate sharing controls.
