Overshow sorts each consultant's work by engagement and drafts what was decided and asked for each day, on Mac and Windows. Meetings with a captured or imported transcript need no write-up.
Choose screen context, documents, calendar and email. On the Mac, optional meeting audio is transcribed on the consultant's computer during active or manually started meetings. You can also import transcripts from selected eligible Teams meetings, under the permissions agreed at set-up. Teams handles that transcription; the transcript goes into the consultant's private history. Pause capture from the app, the menu bar on macOS or the tray on Windows.
Calendar series, repository and ticket links, and app rules place work against the client and engagement. Conflicts and unknowns wait in an unclassified inbox for the consultant to resolve.
Saved source excerpts
The consultant corrects the draft and leaves out anything private. Nothing is shared until they choose to share it.
Sharing sends only what the consultant chose, with its source excerpts, to the organisation repository. It does not upload the wider capture index, original sources, drafts or excluded items.
Colleagues granted access to the engagement use what the team has shared for scope discussions, client reporting and handovers, in Overshow or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot sees only the engagements the person asking can access. Each consultant's private history stays separate.
Pause capture, change exclusions or delete local items from the app. A personal Copilot connection is separate from sharing with the engagement: it returns permitted excerpts from your history to Microsoft, where the conversation is subject to your organisation's retention and compliance policies. Optional exports, diagnostics, URL enrichment and other approved AI clients each have their own sharing controls.
